The Official Gazette 28 February 2019 - The Second Edition The Official Gazette The Second Edition - The Forty Eighth Year Contents Pages Decrees Amiri Decree No. (5) of 2019 concerning the appointment of the Undersecretary of the Judicial Department in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. 5 Amiri Decree No. (6) of 2019 concerning the appointment of a Judge and members of the Public Prosecution at the Judicial Department in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. 6 Executive Council Resolutions Executive Council Resolution No. (56) of 2019 concerning the reformation of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company. 11 1 Decrees 3 seerceD Amiri Decree No. (5) of 2019 Concerning the Appointment of the Undersecretary of the Judical Department in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi We, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler of Abu Dhabi Having reviewed: • Law No. (1) of 1974 concerning the reorganisation of the Governmental body in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments; • Law No. (23) of 2006 concerning the Judicial Department in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and its amendments; • Amiri Decree No. (21) of 2006 concerning the appointment of the Chairman of the Judicial Department in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi; • Chairman of the Judicial Department Resolution No. (10) of 2014 concerning the assignment to act as Undersecretary of the Judicial Department; • The recommendation of the Judicial Council; and • Based on what was presented by the Chairman of the Judicial Department, Issued the following Decree: Article (1) H.E. Yousef Saeed Al Ibri shall be appointed as the Undersecretary of the Judicial Department in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Article (2) This Decree shall be effective from the date of its publication and published in the Official Gazette. Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Ruler of Abu Dhabi Issued by us in Abu Dhabi On: 7 February 2019 Corresponding to: 2 Jumada Al-Akhar 1440 Hijri 7 Executive Council Resolutions 9 snoituloseR licnuoC evitucexE Executive Council Resolution No. (56) of 2019 Concerning The Reformation of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company Based on Law No. (17) of 2005 concerning the establishment of Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company, pursuant to Article (7) thereof stipulating that the Board of Directors shall be appointed by an Executive Council Resolution, and to the Chairman of the Executive Council Resolution No. (79) of 2014 concerning the reformation of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company; The Executive Council has decided the following: First: The Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company shall be reformed under the chairmanship of HE Mubarak Obaid Al-Dhaheri and the membership of the following Excellencies: 1.
