Senate Nominee Regulation

This regulation applies to Alberta Senate elections, sets the prescribed Schedule form for the cited Act section, lets the Chief Electoral Officer prescribe any other required forms, and says a Senate nominee’s term starts when elected and ends when the writ issues under section 5(1)(b).
