Trespass to Premises Act

A person who has been told not to trespass must not enter the premises, and trespass can lead to fines or imprisonment. The Act also lets certain people apprehend a trespasser without warrant and requires a non-police apprehender to deliver the trespasser to a peace officer as soon as practicable.
