(Consolidated up to 4/2024) ALBERTA REGULATION 53/2000 Forest and Prairie Protection Act NON-PERMIT AREAS REGULATION Designation of areas 1 The lands described in the Schedule are designated as non-permit areas. Repeal 2 The Non-Permit Area Regulation (AR 251/94) is repealed. Expiry 3 For the purpose of ensuring that this Regulation is reviewed for ongoing relevancy and necessity, with the option that it may be repassed in its present or an amended form following a review, this Regulation expires on January 31, 2034.
