Pending Registration Queue Regulation

The Registrar may register a pending-queue instrument or caveat out of order if the Registrar thinks it is needed to correct an error, comply with a court order, or avoid affecting other interests in the same land. The prescribed time is 30 days after the Registrar first returns the item for correction.
