(Consolidated up to 205/2024) ALBERTA REGULATION 66/2003 Guarantees Acknowledgment Act GUARANTEES ACKNOWLEDGMENT FORMS REGULATION Purpose of form 1 The forms in the Schedule are the forms prescribed for the purposes of section 3 of the Guarantees Acknowledgment Act . Remote execution of form 1.1 Form 2 may be used instead of Form 1 if the certificate is being executed by two-way video conferencing.
