About this statute

This regulation sets rules for AFSC loans, crop insurance, appeals, and related assistance programs. This part sets rules for livestock insurance, crop-damage compensation, farm income programs, and local opportunity bonds. The Corporation must keep a register of bondholders, accept transfers when the stated conditions are met, keep furnished information confidential, and is generally protected from liability except for the fundamental obligations.
