(Consolidated up to 35/2026) Alberta Regulation 39/2000 Dower Act FORMS REGULATION Forms prescribed 1 The forms in the Schedule are the forms prescribed for the purposes of the sections indicated on them. 1.1 Repealed AR 48/2021 s2. Expiry 2 For the purpose of ensuring that this Regulation is reviewed for ongoing relevancy and necessity, with the option that it may be repassed in its present or an amended form following a review, this Regulation expires on March 31, 2031.
