This regulation sets rules for regional airports authorities on governance, director appointments, disclosures, records, audits, conflicts of interest, and related penalties. The provision sets rules for auditor appointments, security certificates and transfers, and related recordkeeping by an authority. This provision gives debt-holders and trustees access to lists and compliance evidence, requires trustees to notify holders of defaults, sets duties for receivers and liquidators, and provides court powers for receivership, liquidation, arrangements, investigations, and remedies.
