(Consolidated up to 172/2026) alberta regulation 144/2025 Access to Information Act DESIGNATION OF PUBLIC BODIES REGULATION Public bodies 1 For the purposes of section 1(t)(ii) of the Act, an agency, board, commission, corporation, office or other body listed in the Schedule is designated as a public body. Expiry 2 For the purpose of ensuring that this Regulation is reviewed for ongoing relevancy and necessity, with the option that it may be repassed in its present or an amended form following a review, this Regulation expires on May 30, 2035. Coming into force 3 This Regulation comes into force on the coming into force of the Access to Information Act .
