Gunshot and Stab Wound Disclosure Act

Health care facilities and emergency medical assistants that treat gunshot or stab wounds must disclose specified information to the local police authority, orally and as soon as reasonably practicable, unless the emergency medical assistant delivers the injured person to a health care facility.
