H29 Regulation 7/2019 Registered January 25, 2019 bilingual version (HTML) Bargaining unit definitions 1 The following definitions apply for the purpose of subsection 2(1) of The Health Sector Bargaining Unit Review Act : "community sector" , in relation to employees, means employees whose work consists primarily of providing direct hands-on or psycho-social patient/resident/client care. (« secteur communautaire ») "facilities sector" , in relation to employees, means employees who provide operational support services, excluding employees of a child care centre that is licensed under The Community Child Care Standards Act . (« secteur des installations ») Specified employers for employers organizations 2 For the purpose of clause 3(1)⁠(b) of The Health Sector Bargaining Unit Review Act , the employers listed in the Schedule to this regulation under the name of an employers organization are specified as employers for that organization.
