Repeal 2 The Planning Districts Regulation , Manitoba Regulation 249/2006, is repealed. SCHEDULE (Section 1) Pelican-Rock Lake Planning District 1 The Pelican-Rock Lake Planning District consists of the area contained within the boundaries of the Rural Municipalities of Argyle and Prairie Lakes and Cartwright-Roblin Municipality. M.R. 1/2021 Brokenhead River Planning District 3 The Brokenhead River Planning District consists of the area contained within the boundaries of the Town of Beausejour and the Rural Municipality of Brokenhead. Carman Dufferin Grey Planning District 4 The Carman Dufferin Grey Planning District consists of the area contained within the boundaries of the Town of Carman and the Rural Municipalities of Dufferin and Grey. Fisher – Armstrong Planning District 8 The Fisher – Armstrong Planning District consists of the area contained within the boundaries of the Rural Municipalities of Armstrong and Fisher. Kelsey Planning District 8.1 The Kelsey Planning District consists of the area contained within the boundaries of the Town of The Pas and the Rural Municipality of Kelsey. Macdonald – Ritchot Planning District 11 The Macdonald – Ritchot Planning District consists of the area contained within the boundaries of the Rural Municipalities of Macdonald and Ritchot. Mid-West Planning District 12 The Mid-West Planning District consists of the area contained within the boundaries of the Municipalities of Hamiota and Prairie View and the Rural Municipalities of Ellice – Archie and Oakview. Mountainview Planning District 13 The Mountainview Planning District consists of the area contained within the boundaries of the Municipalities of Ethelbert, Gilbert Plains and Grandview. MSTW Planning District 14 The MSTW Planning District consists of the area contained within the boundaries of the Cities of Morden and Winkler and the Rural Municipalities of Stanley and Thompson. Neepawa and Area Planning District 15 The Neepawa and Area Planning District consists of the area contained within the boundaries of the Town of Neepawa, the Municipality of Glenella – Landsdowne and the Rural Municipality of Rosedale. Portage la Prairie Planning District 16 The Portage la Prairie Planning District consists of the area contained within the boundaries of the City of Portage la Prairie and the Rural Municipality of Portage la Prairie. Red River Planning District 17 The Red River Planning District consists of the area contained within the boundaries of the Village of Dunnottar and the Rural Municipalities of East St. Paul, St. Andrews, St. Clements and West St. Paul. South Central Planning District 19 The South Central Planning District consists of the area contained within the boundaries of the Municipalities of Lorne, Louise and Norfolk Treherne and the Rural Municipality of Victoria. Southwest Planning District 21 The Southwest Planning District consists of the area contained within the boundaries of the Town of Melita and the Municipalities of Brenda – Waskada, Deloraine – Winchester and Two Borders. Thompson Planning District 24 The Thompson Planning District consists of the area contained within the boundaries of the City of Thompson and the Local Government District of Mystery Lake. Trans Canada West Planning District 25 The Trans Canada West Planning District consists of the area contained within the boundaries of the Town of Virden and the Rural Municipality of Wallace – Woodworth. Tri-Roads Planning District 26 The Tri-Roads Planning District consists of the area contained within the boundaries of the Municipality of Russell – Binscarth and the Rural Municipality of Riding Mountain West. Western Interlake Planning District 27 The Western Interlake Planning District consists of the area contained within the boundaries of the Rural Municipalities of Coldwell, Grahamdale, St. Laurent and West Interlake. Whitemouth – Reynolds Planning District 29 The Whitemouth – Reynolds Planning District consists of the area contained within the boundaries of the Rural Municipalities of Reynolds and Whitemouth. Winnipeg River Planning District 30 The Winnipeg River Planning District consists of the area contained within the boundaries of the Town of Powerview – Pine Falls and the Rural Municipality of Alexander.
