M.R. 47/2001 ; 124/2006 ; 77/2007 ; 29/2008 ; 83/2012 ; 69/2015 Permitted killing of mule deer 1.1 A person who holds a mule deer hunting licence is exempted from the prohibition on the killing of mule deer set out in clause 10(1)⁠(a) of The Endangered Species and Ecosystems Act if they kill a mule deer in game hunting areas 5, 6, 6A, 11, 12, 13, 13A, 18, 18A, 18B, 18C, 22, 23, 23A, 27, 28, 29, 29A, 30, 31, 31A, 32, 33, 35, or 35A while hunting under the authority of that licence in accordance with the Hunting Seasons and Bag Limits Regulation , Manitoba Regulation 165/91.
