A110 Regulation 35/2010 Registered March 18, 2010 bilingual version (HTML) Content of notice 1 A director issuing a notice under subsection 37(2) of The Apprenticeship and Certification Act must specify the following in the notice: (a) if it is the person's first, second or a subsequent failure to comply with a compliance order; (b) the amount of the administrative penalty is determined as follows: Amount (i) first contravention $1,000, (ii) second contravention $3,000, (iii) third or subsequent contravention $5,000.
