C295 Regulation 47/2000 Registered April 27, 2000 bilingual version (HTML) Designated court areas 1 The following are designated as court areas: (a) Brandon Court House, 1104 Princess Avenue, Brandon; (b) Dauphin Court House, 114 River Avenue West, Dauphin; (c) Flin Flon Court Office, 143 Main Street, Flin Flon; (c.1) Manitoba Youth Centre courtroom, 170 Doncaster Street, Winnipeg; (d) Minnedosa Court House, 70-3rd Avenue South West, Minnedosa; (e) Morden Court House, 301 Wardrop Street, Morden; (f) Portage la Prairie Provincial Court Office, 25 Tupper Street North, Portage la Prairie; (g) Portage la Prairie Court House, 20-3rd Street South East, Portage la Prairie; (h) St. Boniface Court Office, 614 Des Meurons Street, Winnipeg; (i) Selkirk Court Office, 235 Eaton Avenue, Selkirk; (j) Steinbach Court Office, 284 Reimer Avenue, Steinbach; (k) Swan River Court Office, 201-4th Avenue South, Swan River; (l) The Pas Court Office, 300-3rd Street East, The Pas; (m) Thompson Court Office, 59 Elizabeth Drive, Thompson; (n) Virden Court Office, 232 Wellington Street West, Virden; (o) Winnipeg Law Courts Complex, which consists of the following: (i) 408 York Avenue, (ii) 433 Broadway, (iii) 411 Broadway, (iv) 405 Broadway, (v) the skywalk between 405 Broadway and 411 Broadway; (p) Winnipeg Summary Conviction Court, 373 Broadway, Winnipeg. M.R. 101/2007 ; 103/2017 ; 8/2019 Court areas for circuit courts 2(1) When circuit court is being conducted in a community, the building or part of a building in which court proceedings are held is designated as a court area. 2(2) Public notice of the designation of court areas when circuit court is conducted in a community must be given by posting signs on the building or part of a building in which court proceedings are being held.
