This regulation designates specific Manitoba court buildings and, for circuit courts in a community, treats the building or part of the building where proceedings are held as a court area and requires public notice by signs.

M.R. 101/2007 ; 103/2017 ; 8/2019 Court areas for circuit courts 2(1) When circuit court is being conducted in a community, the building or part of a building in which court proceedings are held is designated as a court area. 2(2) Public notice of the designation of court areas when circuit court is conducted in a community must be given by posting signs on the building or part of a building in which court proceedings are being held.
