Zoning by-law 2 The zoning by-law for the Inland Port Special Planning Area is the Inland Port Special Planning Area Zoning By-law set out in Schedule B. Transition — pending applications 3 Despite subsection 12(2) of The Planning Act , any of the following applications in respect of land in the Rural Municipality of Rosser that is in the inland port area that were made but were not completed before the coming into force of The Planning Amendment Act (Special Planning Areas) , S.M. 2015, c. 26, are to be completed in accordance with the provisions of The Planning Act and the by-laws of the Rural Municipality of Rosser, as that Act and those by-laws read immediately before the coming into force of The Planning Amendment Act (Special Planning Areas) , S.M. 2015, c. 26: (a) an application to amend (i) a development plan, (ii) a secondary plan, or (iii) a zoning by-law; (b) an application for approval of (i) a conditional use, (ii) a variance, or (iii) a subdivision. Coming into force 4 This regulation comes into force on the same day that The Planning Amendment Act (Special Planning Areas) , S.M. 2015, c. 26, comes into force.
