"gypsy moth" means all species and subspecies of Lymantria dispar . (« spongieuse ») "response zone" means the gypsy moth response zone established under section 2. (« zone d'intervention ») "treatment area" means the area in the northern portion of the response zone that is contained within light broken lines in the Schedule.
