Manitoba Labour Board Fees Regulation, M.R. 56/2015 The Labour Relations Act , C.C.S.M. c. L10 Regulation 56/2015 Registered April 27, 2015 bilingual version (HTML) Copying fees 1(1) Subject to subsection (2), a fee of $0.25 per page is payable to the board for the copying of any document or material, including those to be filed with the board and any of the following: (a) reasons for decision; (b) orders of the board; (c) certificates; (d) documents requested to be copied while attending a board hearing; (e) arbitration awards; (f) collective agreements; (g) library material. Parties to a proceeding exempt from paying certain fees 1(2) Clauses (1)⁠(a) to (c) do not apply in respect of the first copy of a document provided by the board to a party to a proceeding before the board. No fee for copies provided by e-mail 1(3) No fee is payable for documents or material in electronic form provided by e-mail. Processing fee 2 A person who requests to examine or be provided with a copy of a document or material referred to in subsection 1(1) must pay a fee of $25 per hour, or part of an hour, for the processing of the request. But the fee is not payable if the person provides a reference number or other information that allows the request to be completed in 15 minutes or less. Repeal 3 The Manitoba Labour Board Fees Regulation , Manitoba Regulation 17/97, is repealed.
