"Act" means The Municipal Councils and School Boards Elections Act . («  Loi  ») "applicable school division or school district" means the school division or school district in which a resident of a reserve is eligible to vote in an election held in the school division or school district. (« division ou district scolaire applicable ») "school district" has the same meaning as in The Public Schools Act . (« district scolaire ») "school division" has the same meaning as in The Public Schools Act . (« division scolaire ») Applicable school division or school district 2 For the purpose of rules 2 and 4 of subsection 21.1(3) of the Act, the school division or school district set out in Column A of Schedule A to this regulation is the applicable school division or school district for the reserve set out opposite in Column B. Column C sets out, for each reserve, the corresponding First Nation. Urban reserves in Winnipeg 3 For the purpose of clause 21.1(6)⁠(a) of the Act, the school division or school district set out in Column A of Schedule B to this regulation is the applicable school division or school district for the reserve set out opposite in Column B. Column C sets out, for each reserve, the corresponding First Nation.
