R117 Regulation 69/2011 Registered June 7, 2011 bilingual version (HTML) Definition 1 In this regulation, "Act" means The Regulated Health Professions Act . Application fee 2 The fee to be submitted with an application under subsection 156(1) of the Act is $2,000. Costs of investigation 3 If the minister (a) receives an application under section 156 of the Act from a group of persons representing a health profession; and (b) directs the advisory council to investigate whether the profession should be regulated under the Act; the minister may charge to the group any costs in excess of the first $7,500 of the costs incurred by the advisory council for the investigation.
