H35 Regulation 73/2003 Registered April 14, 2003 bilingual version (HTML) Amounts payable 1 The amounts payable by the minister for insured medical services provided on or after February 1, 2003 are the amounts set out in the Schedule. Payment subject to rules of application and conditions 2 Payments under this regulation shall be made in accordance with the rules of application and subject to the terms and conditions set out in the Schedule. Compliance with claims submission and payment procedures 3 It is a condition of payment for the provision of an insured medical service that the medical practitioner comply with the claims submission and payment procedures set out in the Schedule. Repeal 4 The Payments for Insured Medical Services Regulation , Manitoba Regulation 28/2003, is repealed. Coming into force 5 This regulation is retroactive and is deemed to have come into force on February 1, 2003.
