R30 Regulation 74/2014 Registered March 14, 2014 bilingual version (HTML) Office hours 1 Each land titles office shall be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. every day except for Saturdays, Sundays and any other day or part of a day observed as a holiday in the core public service under The Public Service Act or a collective agreement under that Act. M.R. 115/2025 Registration hours 2(1) An instrument may be registered in a land titles office before 3:00 p.m. on any day the office is open. No instrument shall be registered after 3:00 p.m. 2(2) Despite subsection (1), when a land titles office is required to be kept open only for part of a day, an instrument may be registered before 12 noon on that day. No instrument shall be registered after 12 noon. Repeal 3 The Land Titles Office Regulation , Manitoba Regulation 327/87 R, is repealed. Coming into force 4 This regulation comes into force on the same day that The Property Registry Statutes Amendment Act , S.M. 2013, c. 11 , comes into force.
