District registrars and Examiner of Surveys designated as public bodies 2 The district registrars and the Examiner of Surveys under The Real Property Act are designated as public bodies for the purpose of Parts 1 and 2 of The Electronic Commerce and Information Act . Event registrars for deaths designated as public bodies 2.1 Event registrars appointed under The Vital Statistics Act with respect to death registrations are designated as public bodies for the purpose of Parts 1 and 2 of The Electronic Commerce and Information Act . M.R. 58/2026 Coming into force 3 This regulation comes into force on the same day that The Property Registry Statutes Amendment Act , -->S.M. 2013, c. 11 --> , comes into force.
