Manitoba Plumbing Code, M.R. 80/2023 The Buildings Act , C.C.S.M. c. B93 Regulation 80/2023 Registered July 7, 2023 bilingual version (HTML) Adoption of National Plumbing Code of Canada 2020 1 Subject to the amendments set out in the Schedule, the National Plumbing Code of Canada 2020 , issued by the Canadian Commission on Building and Fire Codes of the National Research Council of Canada, is adopted as the plumbing code for Manitoba. No substitution 2 Subject to The Buildings Act , no code issued by the Canadian Commission on Building and Fire Codes of the National Research Council of Canada as a substitution or replacement of the National Plumbing Code of Canada 2020 is adopted in Manitoba. Repeal 3 The Manitoba Plumbing Code , Manitoba Regulation 32/2011, is repealed. Coming into force 4 This regulation comes into force on January 1, 2024.
