M.R. 44/2015 ; 107/2016 ; 66/2017 ; 5/2021 ; 113/2023 1.1 [Repealed] M.R. 5/2021 ; 113/2023 Transcript fee 2 The fee payable to the government for a transcript of high school marks is $15. M.R. 66/2017 Transcript fee — expedited basis 2.1(1) The fee payable to the government for a transcript of high school marks issued on an expedited basis is $25. 2.1(2) The government must mail a transcript issued on an expedited basis to the applicant within five business days after receiving the fee payable and all information from the applicant that is necessary to process the application. 2.1(3) Despite subsection (2), the government is not required to mail the transcript within five business days if the government needs to request information from a school, school district or school division in order to issue the transcript. M.R. 113/2023 Miscellaneous fee 3 The fee payable to the government in respect of photocopies from a file is $5, plus GST. Payment 4 Fees payable under this regulation are payable to the Minister of Finance and must be paid at the time or times specified by the minister. Repeal 5 The Education Certificates, Transcripts and Miscellaneous Fees Regulation , Manitoba Regulation 149/91, is repealed.
