A110 Regulation 92/2019 Registered May 31, 2019 bilingual version (HTML) Fees 1 The following fees are payable under The Apprenticeship and Certification Act : (a) assessment of prior training and experience Tuition fees 2(1) The tuition fees that must be paid by or on behalf of an apprentice for technical training under The Apprenticeship and Certification Act are as set out in the Schedule to this regulation. 2(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to those trades where technical training must be completed prior to a person becoming a registered apprentice. M.R. 27/2026 Coming into force 3 This regulation comes into force on the day the Apprenticeship and Certification Fees Regulation , Manitoba Regulation 161/2001, is repealed.
