P205 Regulation 95/2014 Registered March 21, 2014 bilingual version (HTML) Definition 1 In this regulation, "Act" means The Public Guardian and Trustee Act . Prescribed value amounts 2 The amounts listed in Column 1 of the following table are prescribed for the purpose of the provisions of the Act listed opposite in Column 2: Column 1 Column 2 $10,000 clause 9(b) $10,000 subsection 10(1) $5,000 section 11 $5,000 clause 15(3)⁠(b) Fee on service under Mental Health Act 3 A fee of $100 is payable to the Public Guardian and Trustee at the time of service of a notice of application pursuant to section 71 of The Mental Health Act . Fees under K.B. rule 7.08 4 At the time of service on the Public Guardian and Trustee of a motion or application for a judge's approval of the settlement of a claim under King's Bench rule 7.08, the fees listed in Column 1 of the following table are payable for the damages payable for the ranges listed opposite in Column 2: Column 1 Column 2 $50 $1,000 to $10,000 $100 $10,001 to $25,000 $200 $25,001 to $50,000 $300 $50,001 to $100,000 $300 plus $10 for each $10,000 or portion of it over $100,000 to a maximum fee of not more than $500 greater than $100,000 Repeal 5 The Public Trustee Fees Regulation , Manitoba Regulation 7/88, is repealed. Coming into force 6 This regulation comes into force on the same day that The Public Guardian and Trustee Act , S.M. 2013, c. 46, comes into force.
