H60 Regulation 109/2003 Registered June 27, 2003 bilingual version (HTML) Prescribed Acts and regulations for abstracts 1 The following Acts and regulations are prescribed for the purposes of clause 322.2(1)⁠(b) of The Highway Traffic Act : (a) the Criminal Code (Canada); (b) the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act, 1992 (Canada) and the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations , SOR/2001-286; (c) The Dangerous Goods Handling and Transportation Act and the following regulations made under that Act: (i) the Anhydrous Ammonia Handling and Transport Regulation , (ii) the Dangerous Goods Handling and Transportation Regulation , (iii) the Generator Registration and Carrier Licencing Regulation , (iv) the Manifest Regulation . Coming into force 2 This regulation comes into force on the day section 36, clause 37(d) and sections 38 and 39 of The Highway Traffic Amendment Act , S.M. 2002, c. 40, come into force.
