Teacher Registry Regulation, M.R. 120/2025 The Education Administration Act , C.C.S.M. c. E10 Regulation 120/2025 Registered December 12, 2025 bilingual version (HTML) Definitions 1 The following definitions apply in this regulation. "Act" means The Education Administration Act . («  Loi  ») "former Act" means The Education Administration Act as it read on January 5, 2025. (« loi antérieure ») "registry" has the same meaning as in Part 3 of the Act. (« registre ») Voluntary surrenders 2 The director of certification must record on the registry that a teacher voluntarily surrendered their teaching certificate if one of the following applies: (a) the teacher voluntarily surrendered their teaching certificate with respect to a matter that was referred to the Certificate Review Committee under section 5 of the former Act and the matter remains pending; (b) the teacher voluntarily surrendered their teaching certificate with respect to a matter on or after January 6, 2025, and the matter is pending under Part 3 of the Act. Director must remove record 3 The director of certification must remove a record made under section 2 from the registry if the director is of the opinion that the record is no longer accurate.
