Regulation 123/2007 Registered September 14, 2007 This Order is made under the Manitoba Processing Potato Marketing Plan Regulation , Manitoba Regulation 206/2006, and is Order No. 4, 2007 of Keystone Potato Producers Association. Form established 1 A potato growing agreement used by a processor in acquiring potatoes from a producer must deal with the subject matters set out in the Schedule to this Order in a manner satisfactory to the board. Submission of form for approval 2 A processor may submit a proposed form of potato growing agreement to the board for a determination as to whether or not such proposed form of potato growing agreement complies with the Schedule.
