Licence Suspension Appeal Board Fee Regulation, M.R. 125/2015 The Highway Traffic Act , C.C.S.M. c. H60 Regulation 125/2015 Registered July 31, 2015 bilingual version (HTML) Definitions 1 The following definitions apply in this regulation. "Act" means The Highway Traffic Act . (« Code ») "board" means The Licence Suspension Appeal Board established under section 278 of the Act. (« Commission ») Charges for matters before the board 2 The following charges are payable in relation to matters before the board under section 279 of the Act: (a) a person making an appeal referred to in subsection 279(1) or (2) of the Act must pay a charge of $250; (b) a person applying to vary an order of the board or making an application based on a change in circumstances or new evidence must pay a charge of $75. M.R. 65/2022 Charge for replacement copy of board order 2.1 A person requesting a replacement copy of a board order must pay a charge of $10. M.R. 65/2022 Repeal 3 The Licence Suspension Appeal Board Fee Regulation , Manitoba Regulation 99/94, is repealed. Coming into force 4 This regulation comes into force on August 31, 2015.
