S207 Regulation 127/2019 Registered September 27, 2019 bilingual version (HTML) Exemption 1 Part 6.1 of The Statutes and Regulations Act does not apply to a regulation made (a) under The Milk Prices Review Act ; (b) by the Manitoba Farm Products Marketing Council under section 30 of The Agricultural Producers' Organization Funding Act ; (c) by the Lieutenant Governor in Council under section 3 of The Farm Products Marketing Act ; or (d) by a producer board or marketing commission under authority delegated by the Lieutenant Governor in Council under subsection 6(1) of The Farm Products Marketing Act .
