S207 Regulation 131/2014 Registered April 25, 2014 bilingual version (HTML) Prescribed format for official copy 1(1) For the purpose of clause 27(1)⁠(d) of The Statutes and Regulations Act , the prescribed format is the electronic document format commonly known as the portable document format and referred to on the Manitoba Laws website as the PDF version. 1(2) Subject to section 27 of The Statutes and Regulations Act , a copy of the PDF version of an Act or regulation accessed from the Manitoba Laws website is an official copy if it is in the form of (a) a printout of the PDF version; or (b) an on-screen display of the PDF version in portable document format. Repeal 2 The Regulations Regulation , Manitoba Regulation 270/90, is repealed. Coming into force 3 This regulation comes into force on May 1, 2014.
