This regulation lists organizations that count as reporting organizations for the 2022-2023 and later fiscal years.
Reporting Organizations Regulation, M.R. 171/2009 The Financial Administration Act , C.C.S.M. c. F55 Regulation 171/2009 Registered October 16, 2009 bilingual version (HTML) Prescribed reporting organizations 1 Under The Financial Administration Act , reporting organizations include government agencies, and other organizations or classes of organizations that are prescribed by regulation. For this purpose, the following organizations and classes of organizations are prescribed as reporting organizations for the 2022-2023 and subsequent fiscal years: (a) every school division and school district as defined in The Public Schools Act ; (b) every health authority as defined in The Health System Governance and Accountability Act ; (c) every authority as defined in The Child and Family Services Authorities Act ; (d) the following health care organizations: 3885136 Manitoba Association Inc. Luther Home Corporation Main Street Project, Inc. Manitoba Baptist Home Society Inc. (only in its capacity as operator of Meadowood Manor Personal Care Home) Menno Home for the Aged Inc.
