Designation date and expiry 2 For each parcel designated as community revitalization property in the Schedule, (a) the effective date of the designation is January 1 of the year listed in Column 5 for the parcel; and (b) the date the designation expires is December 31 of the year listed in Column 6 for the parcel. Coming into force 3 This regulation is deemed to have come into force on January 1, 2010.
