Revenue Insurance Program Remission Order, M.R. 194/93 The Financial Administration Act , C.C.S.M. c. F55 Regulation 194/93 Registered November 18, 1993 bilingual version (HTML) Definitions 1 For the purposes of this remission order, "Act" means The Income Tax Act (Manitoba); (« Loi ») "federal Act" means the Income Tax Act (Canada). (« loi fédérale ») Remission granted 2 Subject to section 3, remission is hereby granted to a taxpayer who is a farmer of the amounts payable by the taxpayer under the Act, in accordance with Parts I to I.2 of the federal Act, for the 1992 taxation year that would not be payable by the taxpayer if that portion of each payment received in that year in respect of a revenue insurance program for durum wheat established under the Farm Income Protection Act (Canada) and The Farm Income Assurance Plans Act (Manitoba) that is required to be and is repaid were not included in computing the income of the taxpayer for that year under paragraph 12(1)⁠(p) of the federal Act. Condition 3 Remission under section 2 is granted on condition that the taxpayer files with the Minister of National Revenue an undertaking in a form acceptable to that Minister in which the taxpayer (a) agrees not to deduct the amount repaid or required to be repaid in computing the taxpayer's income for any taxation year; and (b) waives all relevant rights of objection and appeal.
