Auditor's Supplementary Report Regulation, M.R. 197/2009 The Public Schools Act , C.C.S.M. c. P250 Regulation 197/2009 Registered December 8, 2009 bilingual version (HTML) Auditor's supplementary report 1 The supplementary report that an auditor for a school board must submit under subsection 41(12) of The Public Schools Act must be comprised of the following: (a) the Auditor's Report on Enrolment which states whether, in the auditor's opinion, the EIS Enrolment File Verification Report (i) has been prepared in accordance with Part I, sections 1.1 and 1.2 of the Public Schools Enrolment and Categorical Grants Reporting for the same audit fiscal year, and (ii) presents fairly, in all material respects, the enrolment of the school division as at September 30 of the subject audit fiscal year; (b) a copy of the auditor's management letter presented to the school board as a part of the annual audit for the subject fiscal year. Repeal 2 The Auditor's Supplementary Report Regulation , Manitoba Regulation 148/2004, is repealed.
