Minimum Annual Earnings Regulation, M.R. 201/2009 The Workers Compensation Act , C.C.S.M. c. W200 NOTE: This regulation was enacted in English only. Regulation 201/2009 Registered December 18, 2009 Minimum annual earnings 1 Pursuant to clause 117(a) of The Workers Compensation Act , the minimum annual earnings for accidents occurring (a) on or after January 1, 2006 and before January 1, 2007, are $15,600; (b) on or after January 1, 2007 and before January 1, 2008, are $16,640; (c) on or after January 1, 2008 and before January 1, 2009, are $17,220; (d) on or after January 1, 2009 and before January 1, 2010, are $18,370; (e) on or after January 1, 2010, are as determined in accordance with the following formula: A × 40 × 52 In this formula, A is the provincial minimum wage, as prescribed in the Employment Standards Regulation , Manitoba Regulation 6/2007.
