Tariff of Fees Regulation, M.R. 211/94 The Surveys Act , C.C.S.M. c. S240 Regulation 211/94 Registered November 7, 1994 bilingual version (HTML) Tariff of fees 1(1) The tariff of fees payable under The Surveys Act for maps, plans and other documents, materials and services is as set out in the Schedule. 1(2) The Executive Director of the Land Information Division may authorize the sale of any item described in the tariff of fees at a discounted price where he or she considers it appropriate to do so. Interpretation 2 In the tariff of fees, (a) a wholesale fee is payable by a dealer authorized by the Executive Director of the Land Information Division to maintain a year-round or seasonal map service to the public; and (b) a seasonal dealer wholesale fee is payable by an educational institution or an organized youth group, for any order of at least 25 items.
