C340 Regulation 217/94 Registered November 18, 1994 bilingual version (HTML) Definitions 1 In this regulation, "designated provincial snowmobile trail" means a snowmobile trail that is marked by signs that are posted or erected in accordance with section 2; (« sentier provincial de motoneige désigné ») "snowmobile" has the same meaning as in The Off-Road Vehicles Act . (« motoneige ») M.R. 193/2015 ; 131/2023 Snowmobile trail designated by signs 2(1) The minister may designate a provincial snowmobile trail on Crown lands by posting or erecting signs at each end of the trail indicating that it is a designated provincial snowmobile trail. 2(2) The existence of a sign referred to in subsection (1) is prima facie proof that it was properly posted or erected under this regulation. 2(3) No person shall damage, destroy, deface or remove a sign that is posted or erected under the authority of this regulation.
