War Lake First Nation Band Remission Order, M.R. 222/94 The Financial Administration Act , C.C.S.M. c. F55 Regulation 222/94 Registered November 25, 1994 bilingual version (HTML) Definitions 1(1) In this order, "Act" means The Income Tax Act (Manitoba); (« Loi ») "Ilford Indian Settlement" means the settlement that is situated near Ilford, Manitoba consisting of parcels lettered "A" and "B", which parcels are shown on a plan of survey of part unsurveyed Township 81 in Range 12 east of the principal meridian, filed in the Portage La Prairie Land titles Office as Number 29596, including mines and minerals. (« établissement indien d'Ilford ») 1(2) The words "band", "Indian" and "reserve" have the same meaning as in subsection 2(1) of the Indian Act (Canada). Remission of income tax 2 Remission is hereby granted to a taxpayer who is a member of the War Lake First Nation Band in respect of the 1992, 1993 and 1994 taxation years of the amounts of taxes, interest and penalties paid or payable by the taxpayer under the Act that would not have been payable by the taxpayer under the Act for each of the years if the Ilford Indian Settlement had been a reserve throughout the year.
