Minimum Prices for Honey, M.R. 259/86 Being Order No. 1/86 Of The Manitoba Honey Marketing Board (herein called the "Board") made under The Farm Products Marketing Act and the Manitoba Honey Marketing Plan , being Manitoba Regulation 118/84 The Farm Products Marketing Act , C.C.S.M. c. F47 NOTE: This regulation was enacted in English only. Regulation 259/86 Registered November 20, 1986 Schedule A 1 The minimum prices at which Grade Canada No. 1 White honey may be sold by producers or associations of producers in the Province of Manitoba are hereby fixed at the following prices: Sizes Unit Price Case Quantity Case Price 500 g $1.21 24 $29.04 750 g 1.82 12 21.84 1 kg 2.30 12 27.60 1.5 kg 3.45 6 20.70 2 The above prices shall not apply where Grade Canada No. 1 White honey is sold by a producer to an individual for consumption by himself or the members of his household and delivery is taken by such an individual at the producer's residence, apiary or honey extracting plant. 3 Order 1/85 of the Board, being Manitoba Regulation 25/85 is repealed. 4 This Order comes into force on the date it is filed with the Registrar of Regulations.
