M162 Regulation 435/87 R Registered December 1, 1987 bilingual version (HTML) Lands re-opened to prospecting 1 Under subsection 14(2) of The Mines and Minerals Act , the minister hereby re-opens for prospecting and for staking out and for lease (a) all mineral rights, the property of the Crown, within the area of the lands described in Schedule A; (b) all sand and gravel rights, the property of the Crown, within the area of the lands described in Schedule B; (c) all mineral rights, that have been reserved to the Crown, to recover sand, gravel, gypsum, peat, clay, marl, granite, limestone, marble, sandstone, slate or any building stone within the area of the lands described in Schedule C; (d) all mineral rights except those minerals contained in a "Quarrying Claim" within the area of the lands described in Schedule D; (e) all minerals rights reserved to the Crown to recover amber, coal, potash and salt within the area of the lands described in Schedule E. M.R. 3/95; 38/2000 Repeal 2 The following Manitoba Regulations are repealed: 24/75, 100/77, 25/80, 67/80, 26/82, 39/86 and 14/87.
