Medical Research Committees Regulation, M.R. 461/88 R The Manitoba Evidence Act , C.C.S.M. c. E150 Regulation 461/88 R Registered November 7, 1988 bilingual version (HTML) Approved committees 1 The following medical research committees are designated for the purpose of sections 9 and 10 of The Manitoba Evidence Act , namely: (a) under The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba (i) Maternal and Perinatal Health Standards Committee, (ii) Child Health Standards Committee, (iii) Mortality Study Committee related to Surgery and Anaesthesia, and (iv) Standards Committee, including a subcommittee thereof; (b) under The Manitoba Medical Association, Committee on Medical Aspects of Traffic Accidents; (c) under the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, Patient Safety and Quality Research Committee. M.R. 85/2001 ; 203/2006 Repeal 2 Manitoba Regulation 57/78 is repealed.
