Short title 2. Definitions 3. Arbitration award Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows: Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Medical Association Agreement Act . 2002 cM-4.1 s1 Back to Top Definitions 2. In this Act (a) "agreement" means the terms of reference agreed to by the Newfoundland and Labrador Medical Association and the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador on October 17, 2002, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council; and (b) "association" means the Newfoundland and Labrador Medical Association continued under the Medical Act . 2002 cM-4.1 s2 Back to Top Arbitration award 3.
