Reference to Newfoundland 3. Exclusions 4. Commencement Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows: Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Newfoundland and Labrador Act . 2001 cN-3.1 s1 Back to Top Reference to Newfoundland 2. An Act that contains a reference to " Newfoundland " is amended to refer to " Newfoundland and Labrador ". 2001 cN-3.1 s2 Back to Top Exclusions 3.
