Thundermin Resources Inc. and Queenston Mining Inc. are permitted to proceed with the Duck Pond Copper-Zinc Mine subject to the following terms and conditions: (a) that Thundermin Resources Inc. and Queenston Mining Inc. abide by all commitments made in the Environmental Impact Statement dated August 6, 2001 and the addenda to that statement; (b) that Thundermin Resources Inc. and Queenston Mining Inc. submit an Environmental Protection Plan for approval by the Minister of Environment prior to the commencement of construction; and (c) that Thundermin Resources Inc. and Queenston Mining Inc. obtain and abide by the requirements of all licences, permits, approvals, certificates or other documents of authorization required by law. 2/02 s2
