NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 47/04 Notice of Wellhead Protected Water Supply Area of the Town of St. Marys, Town of St. Marys Wellfield under the Water Resources Act (Filed June 14 , 2004 ) Under the authority of section 61 of the Water Resources Act , I designate the area generally known as the Town of St. Mary s Wellfield for the Town of St. Mary s as a wellhead protected water supply area. Tom Osborne Minister of Environment and Conservation NOTICE This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Placentia & St. Marys abutted and bounded as follows: Beginning at a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of northing 5,198,280 metres and easting 304,646 metres; Then running in a general northeasterly direction to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of northing 5,198,520 metres and easting 304,967 metres; Then running in a general southeasterly direction to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of northing 5,197,930 metres and easting 305,406 metres; Then running in a general southerly direction to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of northing 5,197,267 metres and easting 305,532 metres; Then running in a general westerly direction to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of northing 5,197,196 metres easting 305,137 metres; Then running in a general northerly direction to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of northing 5,197,767 metres and easting 305,032 metres; and Then running in a general northwesterly direction to the point of commencement.
