NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR REGULATION 44/07 Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Lower Rocky Pond, WS-S-0097, Local Service District of Burgoyne's Cove under the Water Resources Act (Filed April 3, 2007 ) Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act , I designate the area generally known as the W ater Supply Area of Lower Rocky Pond WS-S-0097 for the Local Service District of Burgoyne's Cove as a protected water supply area.
